EvacNow – Terms of Service

EvacNow provides evacuation diagrams prepared in line with AS 3745-2010.
These terms explain how our service works and what you can expect when working with us.

By requesting a quote or placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Our Service

We provide evacuation diagrams that are:

  • Prepared or reviewed by a qualified Fire Safety Advisor
  • Based entirely on the information you supply
  • Delivered digitally as print-ready PDFs

We operate fully online. No site visits are included.

Optional extras:

  • A3 printed diagrams
  • Snap frames
  • Delivery Australia-wide

2. How It Works

Our process is simple:

  1. You provide plans, photos, and site details
  2. We prepare your diagrams
  3. A draft is issued for review
  4. Final files are delivered once approved

Printing and delivery can be added if required.

3. Your Responsibilities

Because this is a remote service:

  • You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
  • You must review diagrams against actual site conditions before use
  • You are responsible for final installation and compliance

EvacNow is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

4. Revisions

  • One minor revision is included
  • Additional changes may incur fees
  • Major changes may require a new diagram

5. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are in AUD (ex GST unless stated)
  • A setup/design fee may apply
  • Printing, frames, and delivery are additional

Payment terms:

  • Digital orders: full payment before final delivery
  • Printed orders: 50% deposit required before production

6. Delivery

  • Standard delivery is a print-ready PDF
  • Printed diagrams and frames are supplied separately if selected

Timeframes are estimates and may vary.

7. Installation

We do not install diagrams.

Any installation guidance is general only.
You are responsible for correct placement and compliance onsite.

8. Use of Diagrams

  • EvacNow retains design ownership
  • You receive a licence to use diagrams at the nominated site

Diagrams cannot be reused, altered, or redistributed without permission.

9. Compliance & Liability

Diagrams are prepared in line with AS 3745-2010 using your information.

  • Final compliance depends on correct installation and site conditions
  • We do not guarantee approval by auditors or authorities
  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service

10. Cancellations & Refunds

  • No refunds once work has started
  • No refunds for change of mind

If we cannot deliver the service, a refund may be provided.

11. Privacy

We collect information (plans, contact details, etc.) only to deliver our service.

We do not sell your data.

Information may be shared with:

  • Drafting support
  • Printing and delivery providers
  • IT and payment providers
